I hit my goal of 30 miles in the month of January!!
I actually did it in about two weeks because my first real workout with the Nike + was on January 14th. I am pretty excited. I am still trying to run more but that will come in time, I'm not going to kill myself!
I think I will set my February goal for 45 miles, not sure I want to set it to 60 miles yet. I'll do that in March!
I'm doing my first 5k on Mother's Day...I'd like to be able to run the whole thing :)
