ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL??? The 2008 NFL Season will begin TONIGHT

Hi my name is Trish and I am a football fan...love it! I was born and raised in Denver therefore I bleed orange blood. Yes I am a die hard BRONCOS fan!! WHOHOOOOOO!!!! Now living in Kansas City makes that challenging sometimes but heck, I wear my Broncos attire proud. I get lots of s**t for it but hey, isn't that what makes it fun??? Even when I have gone to the Broncos vs Chiefs games here in KC, I wear Broncos stuff. That doesn't make the people I go with happy but again...*giggles* I love it!

I hadn't been to Mile High Stadium in god knows how long but last year I was able to go to the Monday Night Broncos vs Titans game at the new Invesco Field. Wow, it was SO cool!!! The new stadium is amazing and the game was soooo fun!! Who knows if I will ever get back to another one there but I would LOVE to go with my brother some time. He still lives outside of Denver and talk about true fans, he is about 10,000 times more of a fan than I am.

Every year I also do a Yahoo Pro Pick'em game which isn't as intense as fantasy football, you simply pick who you think will win each game. I have hosted these games for wow, about 7 years now I think? It's fun, my family and friends get in on it and wow talk about smack talk...sheesh!! I'll keep you up to date each week on the stats of it and how I am kicking everyone's butts :)

My entryway is one of the few rooms I haven't touched since I bought my house last year. The color green was ok, not what I prefer but it was new enough I let it go...until tonight. I got a wild bug up my you know what and needed to do SOMETHING!!!

Ok you can't really tell the color since I took the picture at 9:45pm but it's almost like a cinnimonish brownish...it's called Ottertail but that really doesn't tell you anything does it?? LOL


I got this set of pictures that I am going to hang along the wall opposite of the window. I have a cubby thingy that I will be putting back in the hallway too for the kids backpacks and coats so the pictures will go above that.

Ahhh I feel better now, feel accomplished for the evening. Thank you for all your sweet words on my previous blog :)

I Got Nuffin

I really don't...I don't have anything to blog about. I'm kind of in a blah funk whoa is me type of mood. Things have been crazy around here, mentally and physically so I'm just truckin along one day at a time and things will be better right???

More Yard Work

I tore out more landscaping crap today. The lucky receipients were two rose bushes that had the biggest thorns I have ever seen. The poor kids were constantly getting poked by them and they really only bloomed for a week or so. The before doesn't really capture everything but you can see with the after all the dirt spots, yea that's where everything was before. It's amazing what a little bit does to make my yard look bigger already!!
