Lookie!

Thanks to Randy's help, we are starting to put up the beadboard!! We got 3 of the 4 walls up, saved the trickest (cutting wise) for last. It looks SO good!!! We got the trim boards as well, I need to get them painted white before we install them. Here's some progress pictures.

The love of a puppy

Maddie has got to be the cutest puppy ever...ok next to Kasey and my beloved Bailey. She has the floppiest ears that when she bounces after a toy, I just have to giggle. She's found her bark and uses it every now and then to yell at Kasey. I snapped these two pictures today as we were outside playing, I have no idea how I got two pictures with her tongue out!!

It's a GIRL!!!

So I was suckered into getting a new puppy today. We got a little girl and named her Maddie. She was Madison but Miranda shortened it up. We adopted her from Wayside Waifs. She is an Austrailian Cattle Dog. Never had one of those before but she's so damn cute!!! Kasey has taken to her well so far! Didn't even seem to affect her!

Hammer Time!

Miranda and I, well mosty I, hammered in a TON of nails tonight to get the plywood floor down. I think she did 2....I probably did 1231241897083957029...ok maybe not that much but it felt like it!!!

See all the cute 'freckles'? Um yea those are all the nails I hammered in.

We layed out some of the vinyl tiles to see how they were going to look, I think they are going to turn our really nice!!

I'm off to take care of my poor blister on my hand from all my hard work...till next time - bye bye!

One more step closer

Thank you Randy for coming over and cutting out the plywood floor today!!! Now I can get to nailing it down!!! He also put up the new light!
