I'm super busy with work today but wanted to do a quick hiya post!!
I used my Nike+iPod kit this morning during my workout. How cool was that??? There is a little voice that comes on every 5 min and tells you how long you've been going. It's a nice reminder to hear.
I chose a different treadmill routine this morning, I went with a sprint one. Basically you walk fast for 3 min then you run for 1.5 min for a total of 30 min. At the end of it, the treadmill raises up making it that much harder. My calves were burning but I did it!!
I came home and sync'd my routine. Now you can see my results over there on the right. The little character cracks me up!! I have also added my distance goal for January. Since I am starting late in the month, I hope I can still make it.
