Kyler has been gone all weekend, he went to the indoor waterpark with Jen and her kiddos again. They may be staying tonight too!! I bet they are worn out!!!
Last night Miranda and I went to dinner with my friend Jamie and her daughter, Ashleigh. It was a nice girls night out.
Miranda went to spend the night at a friend's tonight so I made some yummy dip and have my butt parked on the couch to watch football. I'm so lame and boring hahahaha!!!
Here is the recipe...it sounds different but it's soooo good. Jen made it on New Years Eve and I think I about ate the whole thing myself!
2 cans of mexicorn-drained
8 oz. real mayo
1/2 can of green chillis-try to drain
shredded cheddar cheese-any amount
Drain the mexicorn, toss in bowl with the real mayo and the other ingredients. Put some tobasco sauce on the top of dip as desired and chill in fridge.
Serve with chips or crackers Enjoy!!

It does sound a little odd but also SOOOO good. I love dips and cheese. And Mexican food. And...do I really need to keep going?
