So I have again started going to the gym regularly. I go in spurts and I need to stop and just GO!
I feel good when I go, there's no doubt about that. I get the kids off to school and then I hit the gym, so easy to do right??
So why am I starting this again right before the holidays??? Am I crazy??? LOL
I am setting two goals. 10 pounds by New Years and then another 10 pounds by my birthday, Feb. 16th. That's 20 pounds in 3 months. Pretty agressive but I will be happy with whatever I accomplish. Greg has set a goal of 30 pounds by then as well, I don't think he needs to but if he wants to, I will help him as well!
