It's 9 degrees people...ugh! I know it has been colder but not for awhile now. This sucks LOL
I hit the gym again this morning and increased my running just a tiny bit more. I do not want to over do it to where I am too sore to work out the next day or start hating it. I am totally loving the Nike Mini, she cracks me up. I love how she dances and does other things. Cheesy yes, entertaining yes, motivating....well kinda cuz she's doing different things today after I uploaded today's workout results then she was doing with yesterday's results.
Kyler has another away game tonight, about 25 miles away. I have to haul butt to pick up Miranda at 3:10ish then to get to the game. On Tuesday we were a tiny bit late and I missed Kyler starting in the game. I was bummed but at least I was there.
Nothing much else going on, work is busy busy, that's part of the reason my posts have been short!!!
Gotta run to another meeting :)

It's cold here too now, sorry I complained about it earlier. Although it is not as chilly as where you are :)
We hit a balmy 14 today. Geez-us.
They make them as 100 calorie snacks, but that wasn't enough for me apparently. I needed the whole bag!

It's 85 here...sorry, don't mean to rub it in. everyone is complaining about the heat here. I guess we are never satisfied, huh?
You're my hero! I keep talking about doing something, I finally walked the dog yesterday and got shin splints LOL...FROM WALKING! How sad is that.
I'm going to keep reading about how good you're doing so hopefully it will kick me in the butt.
Its freezing here too......I think it finally got up to 10 degrees today. I hate this weather.

I guess it is cold in most states. Nike mini cracks me up too. She gets me up and going. I hope Kyler had a good game last night and you were on time.
