More Football stuff :)

First of all (for any of you that care) did you see that game last night??? YAY My Broncos destroyed the Raiders 41-14! It was a great game but I am not digging two games on Monday night, I hope that doesn't continue. The game didn't get over until about 12:15am my time...ugh! After that I was wide awake haha!

So after the first week of my Yahoo Pro Pick'em here is how the kiddos and I rank out of a total of 18 playing.

Me - in a 3 way tie for 3rd (11 of 16 right)
Kyler - in a 5 way tie for 6th (10 of 16 right)
Miranda - in a 2 way tie for 17th (8 of 16 right)

I bet one of the guys playing on the game last night because he's a huge Radiers fan...let's just say he owes me a lunch :)

Now for you ladies that don't really care for football, my blogger friend Lisa wrote an excellent article about how women can like football that you should all read!

Onto my cute kiddos...

I believe I have mentioned before that Kyler is playing football for his school this year. Last year he played for a city league since he was only in 6th grade. Now being in 7th grade, he is on the school team and gets to travel for games. Today is his very first game and it's in a town about 20 miles away. He will ride to and from with the team on a bus. He is so pumped for this and I think I am just as much!! He gets to wear his jersey to school on game days as well. Last night he asked Miranda if she wanted to wear his jersey from last year and she of course was totally excited that he even offered it to her! Here's a couple of pictures of them before school today. I'm going to take Jen's kids, Laike and Nacie, to the game too. GO PANTHERS :)

It sounds like your kids are pretty close. I wish my brother and I had been. Also, I love the shot of your son with his ever faithful dog looking up at him.

I was very suprised he offered up his beloved jersey. They CAN get along but in the same breath...they fight like cats and dogs too. Typical siblings 100%!!! Oh and yes, Maddie likes to sneak in pictures. Check out the post of the before and afters...she's sitting right in the middle of the living room shot!

OK, a few things...
#1 - BRONCOS RULE!! My hubby is a HUGE HUGE fan. I even got him a John Elway signed helmet 9 years ago for his b-day.
#2 - LOVE the photos...they are so cute and that is just so adorable that your daughter wanted to wear her bro's old jersey. How sweet is that?
#3 - I love that your comments link says 'talk to me Goose' - LOVE Top Gun. We even had a dog named Maverick! haha
